Better Life Book Club is a community focused on providing techniques, strategies, and routines to help you start your journey to a better life. Whether you want to become more active and start a workout program, or you want to build stronger relationships in your life. We will provide a space where you can ask questions and share your own experiences with the rest of the club.
We hope to build our community around a shared reading list of self-help books of varying subject matter. Every month there will be a new book added to the reading list and each week there will be an update to the blog to go over key points and important messages. Please, feel free to add your thoughts and questions to the forums and encourage your friends and family to read along with us!
